And yes, there were definitely contenders in 2014. For example could've played with 2nd round exits Chris Paul and Blake Griffin instead of never been in the playoffs Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love had he wanted to.

The pay cut bron would’ve had to accept to join any of Celtics in 2010 or the old *** Spurs in 2014 is wild unrealistic
. He chose the best situation, with the easiest path to play for a championship, talent and financial stability.
You’re kidding yourself if you think a 25 year old Bron would’ve taken $4mil per year to play with the Celtics. Or a vet minimum paycut to play with the Spurs.
The only reason KD is with the warriors is the Cap jump in 2016. He’s still making around $28mil a year.
