Wait....so now it’s easy For Steph to defend to of the best isolation players in basketball all this year....

But you told me he was #food and getting “picked on”.
I didn't say he was food.
He was getting "picked on" on but I didn't say that either.
Stop lying Wavy

Harden and CP are the only 2 you have to defend.
You let those other guys shoot and if they make it so be it.

Easy for Steph to Defend Harden/Cp when he knows that nobody is guarding Ariza, EG or Capela and those defenders are just chilling in the cut to help Steph.....

Stat is ****.
Means nothing here.

Fam your Just flat out Lying right Now... Nobody is Guarding EG? Nobody is Guarding Ariza? Capela is being left open to catch easy Lobs All Game?

The one game when the warriors kept helping off shooters (mainly Tucker) they got roasted. Harden & CP3 are getting straight one on ones against steph & they haven't been able to kill him like they thought. The Warriors are a good defensive team yes but they aren't collapsing on either one of these guys & leaving shooters open.

Also why are you acting as if Curry hasn't played major minutes with a mixture of Iggy, Dray or Looney on the floor. These are guys the rockets have helped off of a lot

I hate the Warriors, but I've never went at Steph about his Defense being good or bad or trash, ever.

That stat is BS though for all the reasons I listed, though.

I don't know how old some of y'all are but I don't think y'all remember young Ray or Reggie but it's cool, I'm not quick to call anyone the greatest of anything. Steph is definitely one of the best shooters, it's just too early for me to call him the best is all I'm saying.

I'm old enough that I remember Ray pretty clearly in his Supersonics and Bucks days when he was at his best. Allen did a great job of coming off of screens and hitting threes, but he absolutely was not anywhere near the level of creator that Steph is when he gets his threes up. There is a reason why Steph can take as many threes as he does. Its because he has the handles and wherewithal to get himself open off the dribble. It has nothing to do with coaching. You think a coach in the 90s or early 2000s is going to take a player out for hitting 5-6 threes a game at damn near a 50% clip?

We are talking about the same damn league that let Kobe and AI go free range on shooting whenever the **** they wanted at a 2 pt% LESS than Curry's 3 pt%.

Wonder what the Warriors are gonna do W/o Iggy Tonight? probably start Looney, but they are already sort of weak at the wing position & that could lead to more minutes for Nick Young. Iggy is such a flexible defender that the Rockets Could Get going attacking his replacement. Hopefully Dantoni doesn't recognize this tho & Bails GS out by continuing to try & target Steph or Looney On Isos

Is Iggy for sure out? Says game time decision everywhere right now.

Oh Okay when i checked this morning it read doubtful, hopefully he can play effectively or atleast give them some good minutes, Nick Youngs Shooting could help but dude seems to always be lost as far as his place on the court

What I wouldn't give to be in between those queens

It goes further than that. I've made a whole spiel about this before that some of the stuff with how you're taught to shoot at an early age isn't necessarily "correct" and Steph proved that. Mainly I think the emphasis on needing to use your legs is BS.

You look at Reggie, Ray, JJ, Korver, they all elevate w/ a high release. That's why they can't do what steph does off the dribble. There's so many steps in their shooting motions in comparison. Steph doesn't elevate and its more of a launch than a shot. He feels his shot more than he aims it. if that makes sense. But what allows him to do what he does is the second he starts to shoot its already gone. His dribble transitions right into his shot, unlike the others who put all their energy into elevating with a high release.

Didn’t know Steph had multiple 50/40/90 seasons or had record for most 3s in a game. I think he’s the best shooter but not sure he’ll be this good 2 years from now.
Why not?? Takes least contact and gets most rest on a SUPER team. I dont see much changing with him or this system in 2 years except more rest for those weak ankles.:lol::lol:

Rose Bronze Onwoody is overrated. She’s like Doris Burke, she’s only hot because she’s a reporter and talks about sports.

Taylor Rooks on the other hand is a goddess, and that if I had ever see her in person, I wish I hadn’t because I won’t see anything more beautiful than that in my existence.
