I lived there for two years. I couldnt wait to move. Soo spread out youre damn near driving all day and that Southern humidity sucks.i been here since november i've realized the biggest mistake i made in my life by taking advice from my bum-asz brother in law.
i'm still successful but i rather do it where i feel comfortable. houston aint it.
Houston is a weekend city. When that Humiidty hits youre ready to leave. Its damn near hot and humid year round.NYC is over crowded, wayyyyyyyy too expensive and has terrible weather
Like London, fun for a weekend or so.. but that's about it
Thinking of moving back to Georgia
where u at now? the weather i can deal with, but houston infrastructure is garbage. your spot on with the driving. even if nyc is overcrowded i can deal with the terrain since i'm from nyc. miami is my style though gonna make that wade comeback move in 2020.I lived there for two years. Steph is the biggest baby. Cry baby light skinned clown. He lives up to all the negative light skinned black dude stereotypes. Out here making us light skinned Black dudes look soft smh.
@wavycrocket Revenge Tour coming?
I see you finally put a shirt on. (too bad it's a crop top with the nipple out)

But but you turned the tv off?
You going to fight ninja and protect the light skinned coalitions honor?
Yea on my time when I feel like it.
I would have dove at his knees in a hood pickup game
yea, a weekend city, which is why so many people (athletes specifically) retire and have homes here long after they've played for any of the teams here. I don't know how many people I know that are originally from Dallas, Austin, or San Antonio that "hate Houston" yet abruptly left their own city and been here 15+ years
bummer, man
c'mon son u omitting why these athletes are here in houston texas. they don't want none of the property tax smoke if they were to live in NYC, LA or even miami. Houston texas you can get a mansion and crap load of land for pennies on a dollar if your hi-paid pro athlete. you live live like king with a big asz house.
Bro you just gave me a list with this dude saying Ben Simmons is the #5 player in the world
And you actually took this **** serious
You just helped my pointGlover Quin ain't been a Texan in 6 years, still has a home here. Marcus Camby was having a home built here from the ground up in between his Clippers and Blazers stint, and didn't even come to Houston til 2 years after that. Isaiah Canaan doesn't even have a steady team, yet has a home here . If you come to Houston, you're more than likely not leaving for a long time, if at all. That was my whole point. That's not a weekend city.
You named three people. Not to mention they weren’t even stars. Do better famb. #StriveForGreatness

I could name others, quite a few that I actually see on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.
ugh they probably built their homes is some desolate asz subdivision. you miss the point about "weekend city" not everyone lives in some quiet burbs, and mind you not everyone is a high paid athlete. some of us are regular joes with regular jobs that cut through cities like houston for contract jobs. i'm in houston im leaving mañana if houston don't get chip win over cavs.
houston is cool but cats out here for low tax return rates, bbq and crawfish nothing else, nothing more.
Apparently Hakeem has made a killing on real estate in Houston. His net worth according to googles is like 200 mQuin and Camby are good examples because they’ve made in the tens of millions. Canaan has only made like $5MM.
You can’t really live “That Life” with that much money. If you’re a Harden, Aikman, Deion, Emmitt, Hakeem (shot out to his summer scams), CP3 now or basically anyone that matters you’re living wherever you want.
This isn’t 1998, no one is checking for Camby
