championships define careers... thats just the way it is with sports... its sad but true... not everyone is going to win a chip but that doesnt take away from their career... look at stockton, malone, barkley, ewing etc... they still made the hall of fame but their career would be that much better if they won a ring...

teams were mini tanking to get the #7 seed to play the celtics in the first round...thinking they were food.

now everybody forgets like they were expected to be in the finals all along. none of the active players on the celtics have been in a game 7 ECF before...and maybe one or 2 in a game 7 period. yes, they shouldve played better, but to blame them for being tight, nah homie. they will be ready for years to come...for now, slack is cut.
