It's hard to tell who's trolling and who's serious sometimes, so here's a handy guide:
If it's a Lakers fan saying stupid ****, they're serious.
If it's anyone else saying stupid ****, they're either a bronsexual or trolling.

You shouldn't even be able to discuss basketball as a Knicks fan you don't even know what good basketball looks like.

"game 6" lebron against the Celtics is always hyped up.
Dude did all that against 35 year old kg 34 year old Paul pierce and 36 year old ray ray . No mention of the Celtics being washed.
Same with the Pistons 20 plus straight points.
its nice and all but let's act like it was the same piston squad that won the ring in 04.

We can diminish or hype up lots of star players performances when it comes down to it. Depending how you look at things

Funny how that works.

What happened to the Pacers, OKC (almost every game), Cavs (almost every game), Bucks, Raptors (last game), Heat, etc. They all resorted to going iso hero ball down the stretch. I'd say NO, GS and Philly really the only teams that constantly move the ball as the staple of their offense.
OKC's offense is crap. That's not accurate about the Bucks. The Raptors lost their last game and always play worse when they reverse to iso ball. The Heat don't play iso ball consistently unless you're talking about that little Wade spurt. Cavs have the best player in the world and to be honest their offense has been sub par this playoffs.

So I don't see your point at all.

Jordan would be washed in today's game too. Elite athleticism but he's got no three point shot and has a score first mentality, limited playmaking ability. His 80s style would be inefficient in today's game and he'd just get alot of offensive fouls. He'd be a shorter Andrew Wiggins.

The thing about Lakers fans is they think that everything that happens with the Lakers is instantly a rule for the entire NBA now and forever.

"Mike D'Antoni is a trash coach", "Dwight Howard is terrible", "Iso ball is the best and you must have a Mamba mentality to be a winner", etc. etc. etc. from now until infinity.

It's just like Shaq on TNT "Give the ball to the big man!" Shaq's analysis is representative of Laker fan analysis of basketball.

Think so?

Physicality doesn't even exist anymore than when he played.

It’s not an opinion, league average ppg was higher then.

Also, can’t talk about physicality without also talking about the old illegal defense rule that made it easier to iso because the help defenders had to either hard double or stick with their man but no in-between. Couldn’t have help defenders waiting on the strong side of the floor like you can now. That’s why the league is way more pick and roll heavy now.
