Please be my guest and take a look at what any NFL writer whose full time job is to analyze these prospects said about the Penny pick. It was a huge reach, plain and simple. There was probably barely any other teams in the draft that had Penny ranked over Guice, Sony, Chubb or RoJo. Even if Penny ends up being a good player it doesn’t take away from the fact that they could have taken a better player at a position of need for them and traded into the end of the 2nd, maybe even early 3rd to still get Penny IMO.

And yes, those writers could be absolutely correct about their assessment about Penny. But when YOU come in here and try to compare him to a 5'8 120 pound guy, you lose all credibility, not that you had any left here.
