i get more excited about the 2nd and 3rd rounds.
I miss the days where I had no responsibilities and would just watch the draft from beginning through the end on the weekends, smoking bowls after bowls and just laying there.

What SDSU runs isn't a "system". He doesn't have the benefit of playing next to a QB who is a running threat and/or in a system that utilizes RPO concepts which are a lot more deadly in the college game because of the rule differences.
These are bread an butter "pro-style" running plays. It was a reach, but so was Saquan and Sony too.

Only size related thing I care about with him is that he's 6'8
,glad that he'll be protecting TB's side. Von also called him the best RT in the league too so I'm pretty pleased with the moveDef trust in Scarnechia and Hoody to help him with the discipline/weight stuff

I think its funny people are criticizing Rosen for saying what he said last night about making teams pay.
That happens every year by at least one kid who lasts longer than expected. People really do get rubbed the wrong way with this kid.

I think it would've been cool if Rosen said something like "One of the teams is going to regret picking me. The 49ers because Mike McGlinchey isn't a first round talent. The other 9 did the right thing though."

I don’t even think Penny is trash. I simply think it was a huge reach where they picked him and who they picked him over....just like a **** ton of other people. Go take it out on them on Twitter too while you’re at it or everybody else on here that thinks the pick was a reach.
