If these don't release that's just more money saved for me. I only buy og colorways so these not releasing would leave me with black cement 4s and playoff 11s for 2019.

It's using common sense why would they bother if the shoe doesn't release. They do it to try and find a gullible buyer who either wants them early, missed out on release, or other similar factors.
