I just need 5 QBs in top 10 to get what I want
which is moving up from 12 using a 3rd and a 4th and getting chase or pitts
5 QBs and the 2 tackles is only realistic way I see that happening

I never like a RB that early. They also needed a QB ....that pick changed the trajectory of a few teams for sure.

if a QB is there and you’re not taking him..
you have to trade down
especially when you have teams in the top 5 or top 10 that are trying to trade with you, as was supposedly the case in that draft because teams were trying jump in front of the jets
worst case you force the jets to trade up to stop you from trading the pick to someone else

Seeing these wild trades to move up in the Draft makes me appreciate just how lucky or what kind of foresight the Chiefs had to move up to get Patrick. Sure the Bills got White and everyone had reservations about 15 but man did that trade work out for the Chiefs.
