Ayton if he's a real one will level up as a player and prove them wrong.

there will be plenty of opportunity to prove to them you truly a max guy.
if he's got it in him suns are a great place to prove it.

That 5th year really bothered Sarver like that I guess lmao

you had to pay Ayton, can't lose him for nothing.

if Ayton really has it in him to be a true star now's the time to prove it.

All of this. Sure, he could have probably could have put up numbers in Indy with Hali but they’d likely be a fringe playoff team to begin with. He is coming off a Finals run and a season as the #1 team in the league with elite guards. There are issues off the court but it is clearly the best on the court situation IMO.

First the Tatum picture, now this…Great. We have officially entered the “<Insert Player> has been hitting the weights HEAVY this off-season 🏋️‍♂️:emoji_muscle:“ part of summer
Not Kobe was on tv too? He using the angles to look yoked now?

I'd say Luka the hardest player in the league to guard. Combination of height and strength and ridiculous foot work. Luka breaks you down, picks you apart and eats. Straight up disrespectful.
Giannis right there too, but for different reasons.

Ayton was always going to get the max. The Suns were dumb if they thought it wouldn't happen. I respect not thinking he's a max guy (personally I'm not a fan or think he's a superstar max level guy, nowhere close) but he would always get it. Should have paid him and had better flexibility and less drama with him. Or trade him when you had the chance earlier.

Ayton should be happy. Got paid. Less responsibility. Doesn't have to move or live in Indy.. win win win.

Because they could’ve offered him the max prior and then traded him for KD lol

But honestly they probably thought he wouldn’t command a max (or even more then what they were willing to pay) and could’ve matched anything cheap
Did the nets even want Ayton?
