Tim hardaway was that guy. My cousin used to love them heat teams. Dude was shooting 7 threes a game in the mid-early 90s

That NBA Live with him on the cover, are some great childhood memories. Remember him “jumping forward” on 3s.

Tim Hardaway and Nick Van Exel were probably my first two favorite players when I started following the NBA.

The Heat were kind of my Eastern Conference team back then.

Blake, Marc gasol, rondo

If we’re using the Mitch Richmond test then lamarcus Aldridge and Al horford have a case. Gotta have a good lawyer

Besides a couple of playoff runs with the Pelicans and Lakers (save it), Rondo has been a journeyman since 2012ish. ACL tear dampened his career outlook, but I'm not sure it changed his career trajectory that much.

Any chance you could kind of summarize what they said for those guys?

Like Paul George is 6x All-NBA, 4x All-Defense, and has 2 Top 10 MVP finishes (One of which was 3rd). That's definitely better than a lot of dudes currently in the hall.
Don’t recall but the general theme was you either were elite elite elite stats wise over long Periods or you were a winner. (Russ and klay, respectively).

Other reasons were “just needs to continue this for longer time” like Embiid. Hell get there but needs more seasons like the last two. Jokic got in bc of 2 mvp even though similar length of elite was as embiid.

Long stupid pod. As usual arguing hypotheticals

So the Knicks basically shouldn't make any advances towards guards for the next 6 years?
I wholeheartedly believe he’s not a shoe-in to sign that rookie extension with Charlotte.

Coming into the league a hundred millionaire changes things.

Blake has 6 all stars and 5 all NBA’s right? A top 3 MVP finish?

Unusual career arc, but I think he’s clearly in too

Pau will be a lock
Klay Lock
TP9 lock
Embiid will be a lock just stay healthy

Question does D Rose make it?

I think people don’t know the definition of “he’s a lock” or “he’s clearly in” as it pertains to the list.

If you have to squint, you can’t make the list

Rose getting in off the strength of 1 illegitimate MVP?

Take away 2011 what's really there?

If thats the case we gotta let in Tyreke Evans and MCW too.
Rose got the ROY and MVP. The other two just got a ROY. Rose also had his career derailed by injuries. One got banned for trying to live double lives and the othe4 played himself out of the league. Rose still playing and shoes glimmers of his old self from time to time.
