I think there’s probably enough people who look at this and think it’s kind of a difficult/messy situation and will give him another look somewhere.
There's an equal chance his next coaching gig is in soccer

I see what your saying but that really isn't fair nor correct to say about a guy who was a ring.

This team lacks leadership plain and simple. A large part of that has to fall on the coach. Kd as well. There's a reason he had to board another ship instead of steer his own.

Kyrie is great as a ceiling raiser.

But the more you have to rely on him the more chaotic things become.

Even those Cavs teams with Ty Lue,
things were always harder than they should have been.

Right he's a ceiling raiser meaning he can and has been a vital part of championship caliber teams.

But if your foundation is flimsy that ceiling can only go so high. But yes that doesn't mean keep putting up bricks which he has a tendency to do.
