2023 Official MLB Season Thread

At least ATLANTA didn't get swept by the A's but I'm pretty sure they just gave them their 1st Series win, of the SEASON.

Sorry to steal you attention, he’s my Memorial Day batters box.

Rocco better not take out Varland. Twins ain't had a complete game shutout since Jose Berrios in 2018. Varland is cruising.

Edit: he's not going back out for the 8th. 86 pitches...what a crock.

Also...Twins much better offensively without Buxton and Correa in the lineup rn. Those tards :smh:

First pitch from Lopez in relief...homerun. good job, Rocco.

Edit: B2B homers.

**** Rocco, man. Maybe let these dudes reset when you have a pitcher grooving through 7.

Ha. Now he gotta put in another reliever because of this cluster... game tomorrow followed by a big series with Cleveland and unnecessarily wasting arms. Terrible manager. Makes it way too hard.

2 HRs, a walk and a bean ball. :smh:

That was a pretty stupid loss. The sac fly seems to be a lost art when it’s the obvious play. You can try to say “pitchers duel” but naw both teams were really just *** at the plate.
