2024 MLB Thread; RIP Willie Mays & Pete Rose. Dodgers win #8!

I think it's safe to assume that tomorrow's meeting will not go anywhere.

That being said, they better settle this soon.

And dammit, Mike Yastrzemski has yet to sign my redemption auto

I have sent in multiple redemptions. To both Topps and Panini. I have never gotten a single one back.

Not one. :smh:

I sent a Panini redemption for AD. It took a year and a half but I got it.

I also spammed Panini's customer service everyday for a year straight after waiting 6 months.

Pics?

You should hit up the Card thread. :nerd:

Should have known there was a card thread..

Man, I feel like he won't sign anything until the lockout is over and his arbitration case is settled.

Bummer it's a 1/1 Luminaries Letter Book.

Nice, it shows that players aren't being stubborn. The pace has picked up. That's great news tho

Ahh, I'm glad that they will meet again tomorrow.

Getting closer and closer for Farhan to submit a bid for Suzuki.:pimp:

Results announced 6 PM EST on MLB Network

Half the votes are in... based on the past hidden voters this likely means Bonds and Clemens are out, and Ortiz will be the only one with a chance.

No idea that they were having a meeting in NYC

It's on 49th street between Madison Ave and 5th Ave

^ Yep, that vote is actually this year (December). The Today's Game Committee (16 voters) and they vote twice every five years and you gotta get 75% there too.

Todays' Game Committee were the ones who put in Lee Smith and Harold Baines.

Ortiz voted in. (77.9%)

Buck O'Neil, Gil Hodges, Minnie Miñoso, Jim Kaat, Tony Oliva and Bud Fowler also voted in by the Veteran's Committee
