It’s nearly impossible, I wouldn’t waste your time. They didn’t use paint, it’s really bonded on there. I watched a video where a guy spent over an hour on getting one swoosh partially exposed.

I used industrial acetone and spent 5 minutes on it, and it didn’t make so much as a dent. I think a dremel with a sander attachment might work though.
