Friend of mine bought some “tier 0 connect” specials of the b and j and they actually don’t look all that bad. I wouldn’t do it, but I’m sure many will.

I've held some at a local boutique - they knowingly bought them to educate their employees. Outside of the smell, and slightly thinner box - damned if I could sort them out from real SB's.

The really good ones are using same/same materials, making them by hand, in small batches. I'm not advocating for them, but if made in the US, we'd call them "customs", and they would sell out.
