Day 1 evening starts at 1 pm eastern on peacock and one of the nbc channels …

Day1 morning had some mixed relays and some 100 meter prelims

only final for 1st day is mixed relay, the Dutch are the favorite to me. Could come down to final leg of Femke Bol vs Gabby and it'll be a challenge for Gabby

Netherlands will be hard to defeat …. I do think the USA men runners should be able to hold off the Dutch men but it will come down to the anchor leg ….

Wished they allowed for different lineups to make it fun … to see men running against women
