2024 Track and Field Thread — OLYMPICS!!! - Day one this friday

The trials were great this year, perfect weather and all. Nike stepped it up for the community, hosted a 5k, free food, drinks, merch, etc etc. My girls were able to participate in a kids track meet. Nike have all of the kids free shoes, shirts and shorts. Here’s my daughter with Ashton Eaton as her coach:

Quincy Hall 43.8 at Monaco DL today, may be the new favorite going into Paris. U.S 4x400 should have 3 legs for sure with Hall, Norman, Benjamin, just gotta see who the other leg will be
