Not doing **** ended up being the way to go previouslyDanny Ainge having a “Kings ransom” offer only to not do ****. Where have I heard that spin before?
Haliburton isn't really anything like Frank. He's a great passer and can actually shoot at a really high level with range. More of a team defender than individual defender. Neither guy going to be your primary ball handler though.
More valuable might not be the right term. It's just more flat and the teams drafting 3-9 aren't getting rewarded as much as they normally would. You have just as good of a chance getting somebody at the end of the lottery than in the middle. That 10-15 range might be more valuable than 3-9 in this draft.
Just don't pick Frank Kaminsky.
The way I look at it with him is what team in the playoffs couldn't have used him and his skill set? Just looking at the teams that made the conference semis...B Sox i think I’m coming around on Halliburton. He’s much more mature than the other prospects. High floor, and even though I hate the term “safe pick” he can come in and contribute right away. The Knicks drafted 3 straight prospects and idk if even the new player development personnel can get the most out of someone like Killian. Just don’t think it’s a good situation for Killian here. Might be time to draft someone that’s not two years away from being two years away.
Frank was as raw as it gets. Sure after 3 years maybe he can put it together and be more consistent but chances are slim to none.
Good listen. Russillo talking about Lamelo is
Totally agree. Going to be a really good backup in the league for like 10 years. Doesn't have great size, but he at least tries defensively. Offensively he's the Big Ten's all-time leader in assists, great in PnR, and shot 43% from 3 over 4 years on 602 attempts. Should be able to provide someone a steady hand right away. Both the LA teams, Bucks, n Sixers should be on Cassius Winston
