At 19, I was going to college parties, and to my knowledge, the youngest people there were 17yrs and that's cause they knew security. You can't convince me that I didn't have a social life at 19 because I wasn't kickin it w/ 13 year olds.lol

13 yo is an 8th grader. 19 should be minimum one year out of high school. Unless you were just dumb. Verdict: "normal" 19 year olds do not hang out in 13 year olds circles.

Teen Clubs def go from 14-18. So it’s not shocking to see 12 or 13 year olds sneaking in...and being around 18 year olds.
