It was the neo-nazis in Russia. I believe it was a Ross Kemp episode that made me wanna look for it.
I think the victim was Jewish or another ethnicity some Russians don't like coming into the country.

I have a strong stomach and I'm good on watching that whole vid...that is by far the worst thing I have ever seen on the net. Don't need those imagesanywhere near my memory bank....
But apparently the murderers were, rich, teenage students who killed 21 people in that fashion....for fun.
What can you really say about something like that?
