Point is, NY isn't what it used to be. There are no Jays or Nas' or DMXs or Big Ls or Wu. You don't NEED NY anymore. No one really even cares about NY anymore.

French and Vado aren't new, though. Yeah it's nice those dudes been bubbling for a bit, but Rocky finna boil over. Rocky's ceiling is way higher than them dudes. Conclusion: Rocky won
