Folks just heard triple black and awoke everyone out of UB hibernation.

stripe 3 sent me b grades.
on just ONE of the shoes: visually noticeable crooked shape, NO padding on one of the side ankle collar areas (none of my 20+ ubs have this eyesore of a flaw, there is literally no padding inside, noticed it directly out of the box), and on the area where there is no padding…there is also a bunch of extra bunched up stitching that effect the way the ankle part of the shoe actually fits. there is literally a bunch of messy extra stitching where there shouldn't be (and isn't on any of my 20+ other ub's).
i didn't even bother to look at the other shoe because i was disgusted by the clear flaws on the first one i looked at. i dont overanalyze shoes for minute flaws. these were very apparent and not what one would expect or receive purchasing a pair of ub's from a bigger retailer. and owning many pairs of ub's to have all of these flaws only exist on this pair is too much of a coincidence to ignore. especially when they come in a box that is smaller than the normal retail UB box, and different printed tags and such. you really think it's out of the realm of possibility that if adidas is making smaller runs for specialty shops, that they aren't as tight on quality control for those pairs?
unless you saw the shoes they sent me, you are just speculating and letting your ego get in the way. dude made a post that related to my experience, i responded, and you went off on a tangent about defamation and me claiming i got fakes…completely off topic and not relevant to anything that was posted. like i said if you want to put words in peoples posts and change contexts of discussions no one is asking you to have, thats on you.
i posted my experience because i wouldn't want anyone to receive a pair of the quality that i did. nothing more nothing less. you out here doing way too much, and if anything are promoting someone else buying from that site and getting the ***** pair i did. good job.

I thought the exact same thing, wear them around the clock whether I am working out or hanging out. I only run in the gradients though. No 1.0s get treated like that.

Can I just ask 1 question, your post was really long so just read the first sentence.
Who confirmed that stripe 3 sent you B Grades?
Then I guess the follow up to that question is, do you really believe Adidas sells off their merchandise to certain retailers at a discounted rate or would it be more believable that Adidas themselves has poor quality control and could be the root cause of the problem.
I mean I work in luxury goods and I see tons of QC issues even among items that are ten of thousands of dollars. Its not that hard to believe that Adidas isn't catching or cares about every missplaced boost pellet etc.

I've tried all and personally I'd rather just have UBs to walk in/running errands or use them for post-workout days.
Running is nice too but coming from zero-drop shoes, the 10mm heel-toe drop is noticeable for me since I have a mid foot strike style running.

Cloud foam is super comfortable, I've had a few pairs for beaters and they're very light and supportive- great shoes for the gym

The whole TW and CB 1.0 restocks at smaller retailers does have me scratching my head though... Everyone claims these pairs are legit, but how do you account for and explain the minute variances from the ones purchased off of ADC such as the tag, box, flaws, etc. that others have pointed out? I'm not saying they aren't legit, just why these little differences? And before you chalk it up to different production runs, I have 2 pairs of the following creams, 3Ms, CB 1.0, and TW 1.0 all with different production dates and they are exactly the same between runs.

I have posted last week on comparisons with my FTL pair and my RevUP pair. No differences enough for me to say that one is b-grade/fake.
There is correlation with these 1.0 restocks only being from running specialty stores and not showing up anywhere else.
It would lead me to believe certain stores have special accounts like consortium accounts to boutiques.

I understand that the differences aren't enough to say it's b grade/fake, however how do we explain there are differences at all? Like mentioned previously, all my other pairs with different production runs are EXACTLY alike.
