I've always wondered why rep makers intentionally make flaws on their reps. Does that make it not illegal or something? Because I'm sure they could make the perfect replica and make a killing on the resale market.....

Ones who are selling replicas at resell value are the consumers of the rep scene, not the repmakers. And I'm pretty sure they're doing just fine selling replicas at below retail prices. You won't believe how many fake sneakers you'll see in Asia!
