Any idea where these are still available? I see them on the footlocker website but it doesn't let me order the sz12 i need. Ol girl at footlocker wouldn't even let me stock locate when I called. Where's the extreme customer service, man?

If they didnt then just send customer service an email explaining that you are in the US (assuming thats where you have them shipped to) and that you should not be paying VAT tax and ask to have it refunded. Some places will do it, others will just tell you to screw off.

In terms of fit or comfort?

I place them right in-between those in terms of comfort.

size is more like mesh NMD size. The inikis taper in the toe area which might cause some discomfort for wide and/or fat toed feet.
