Boost doesn't determine anything for me, but they do need to be comfortable. Zx's are comfortable, rod lavers too, cloudfoams and bounces are alright, but stans feel terrible on my foot

So the parley are gonna be my first ultraboost and was debating between the caged and undated. My only other Adidas are the glitches and and the NMD_R2 PRIMEKNIT. There's a little wiggle room, if I want a snug fit for the uncaged should i go a size smaller?

They're a primarily suede upper so if you're gonna use em in rain you should hit them with some kind of water repellent if you don't want the suede to get messed up.

I wouldn't think so, traction pattern on outsole has less surface area that touches the ground.

Nah, the outsole is good in wet conditions, WAY better than UB, it's designed to be grippy for trail running/hiking. It's the upper you need to worry about due to the suede.
