for the nmd, they did release time stamps on when they would open up reservations for all three cities. 
 
Does the confirmed app notification pop up for the past Yeezy release can some one who cooked on the app tell me

I don't want to get ahead of myself, but lots of places around me doing raffles and I got a bot on deck for online release.  But just thought since I know the feeling of striking out and not wanting to pay crazy resell.  It would be a nice gesture to give back to the community that actually wants the shoe to wear and not resell.

I saw that..Bay Area has not much confirmed retailers

.There's are few places around SF on the list though, I just don't know for sure.
