My frozens made it to my city today, set to deliver. Now fedex tracking says no delivery date specified. Sigh.

YS can eat a big bag of dirty D's. Just filed a chargeback for sesames that still haven't even had a shipping label created. They replied to one email just after the drop saying shipping will happen in 5/7 days. It's now been 27 days, no shipping and my daily messages are met with silence.

On October 10, 2018 the BBB contacted the company in regards to our concerns about the amount and pattern of complaints we have received, unfortunately, the BBB did not receive a response.
