I’d say yes (I’m a narrow foot person). My first foams Were a 12 and they’re def too big (that's one size up from my regular like confirmed recommended...nah).

I’m an 11 in most shoes and got the foams in a 12 following adc’s recommendation to go a full size up and the fit was way too big. Go with your true size.
