i never got an email from them saying i even entered raffle after i entered .. should i make another account on website using same email address to check my status of raffle or just wait and see if i get an email from them? like i said my card was charged but never got an email from them conforming my raffle enter so im confused lol. i got an email when i did the raffle for the airmax 1/97

FYI, call it lame but I let em go for retail just now. I was legit upset. Waited a month with no response from help desk. Mainly it wasn't even about the shoes at that point. I'm keen on customer service.

see im thinking they charged whoever that entered and when they pick winners today whoever didnt win the charge will fall off! i got charged too but no email saying i entered raffle or anything its weird. when i did raffle for the airmax 97/1 they sent me a conformation email telling me i entered raffle this time for the 500 i got nothing.
