The timeframe doesn’t add up. From design to final product, there’s not enough time. Not to mention the Monarch is a top seller = production had to have started awhile ago.

It's just Nike updating the Monarch to hop on the general bulky fashion dad shoe wave. The 700 didn't start that trend by any means.

Doesn’t adc charge tax and YS doesn’t? Where I live it’s 10% so it’s the same- $20 either way. When I bought my 700s I didn’t pay taxes... at least I don’t think I did.
