My 700 bought from online shop from sept 15 is coming home today, was sending with wrong size from the shop. I haven't words for the problems with the shop.

I still have an open tracking number from 700 release that was never delivered.

I actually just spoke with Fashion Dist Serv and the woman on the phone couldn't do anything to find the package.
UPS hasn't been much help, either.

Sucks bruv. Yeah got tracking for both but only from UPS, nothing from YS. Emailed them a few times because my order was stuck on label created for ages but got no response. Hope you end up getting the package or money back.

I actually got a response once...Second 700 drop I went almost three and a half weeks without getting anything so I emailed them saying I was going to file a chargeback...Package popped up in my UPS app like ten minutes later and I got the shoes the next day...

About a month later and they responded to my original email saying that they’re records indicate that I received the shoes and that there was no need for a chargeback...

So about eight weeks after release they responded to my original email thinking that I’d just sent it right then...Almost EIGHT WEEKS, 8...Took them that long to open and look at that email...

I’m convinced they have zero situational awareness in that warehouse...
