By the time they arrive to you it's gonna be pretty close the 14th. You'll only have em for like a week or two before release day. My 2 cents.

Red really is way off and the 23 on the '19s looks really stupid compared to the OGs. Oh well; still overall nice done.

I believe the oxidation to the red outsoles is making them appear more off than they really are.

This is what I was thinking also. Still, it's clearly A different shade of red. Not a big deal still copping three pairs. Toebox is still slightly off. These are a solid 9/10.

The DMP VI’s retro being done in Jan is a prime example that no shoe is safe from being retro’d.. why would anyone think anything is safe to stay in the past?

You don’t think they’d do the Columbia’s right now that they have the formula correct on the Holiday 11s? I’d argue it won’t be perfect but if it’s anything close to how they retroed the Jams, Concords and now the Playoffs, then I have no major complaints.

Feel the same way about fire red 3/4/5(black tongue). They’ve technically retrod but not really.

Got mine in as well. Carbon fiber color is different from the previous release.
Just felt the leather. It feels pretty good nice and soft.

There are a lot of models that can be argued that they have not been completely retrod. Even though they have by some degree. Then comes the ? of what to we NOW consider a REAL retro.

I get what you saying, Concords look dope but that all white is only good for a couple wears at best and they start looking dingy. My pair from last year still sitting ds. Got me and my wife matching pairs for Xmas last year and she wore hers to our wedding. Might need to scoop her some of these though.

I had the 2012 bred 11s and they were utter garbage. The toe box and fit was just so off, that pinky toe pain is real.

Great list. But in this case I will only mention 11s. The 2000 Jam was OK. The 2000 Cord same. The 2001 black red was OK also. All the retro 11s up to the 2015 45 Jam was really subpar. I bought em just like everyone else but looking at them now, they def fell short. I will never have anything negative to say about someone that bought all of those releases. But the last 4 or 5 years to me they have been pretty good to us overall.

I honestly wasn’t gonna grab these. The pics of people kicks pushed me over for 1. Second I settled my work Comp case. Nice come up especially for me. Gonna grab kicks on my bucket list, then ride off in the sunset to Cali. After that time to get my life on track.
