What time do stores release extra pairs?

typically 3 PM on weekend, however, some stores on Black Friday were handling out tickets at 8AM for unclaimed pairs.

yea, i dont call that odd, i call that shady. smh. wheres the integrity. It just looks bad on their part to do that when we all saw it obviously cheaper already. They should just chalk it up and say ok NEXT release we'll raise it, but to do it right before they sell--again smh.
