I would say yes, but 12’s sometimes you can go down 1/2 size but 13’s are true to size.

I swear I'm a 10.75. I go a FULL size down to a size 10 on 6s, 12s, Jumpman Pros, and Jumpman Pro Team 1s. Size 11 in 3s, 4s, and 11s. Jordan sizing is so weird. Also wish the shoe game wasn't so trash that I can't just walk into a store and actually try them on. *Kanye shrug*
