I think these will be like the "Dunk from Above" 4s, the people who did purchase those were quite happy for the most part with them. The quality looks to be very similar.

Anyone have these in hand that can confirm whether the heel tab is like the soft plastic 2016 WC4 or like the hard plastic 2012 Black/Red 4?

It's soft plastic like the white cement 4s, I just saw them at Finishline.
Leather is A1, same leather as the pure 4s
