i have to disagree with this post. The reason why we like certain things is because we are influenced by what other people wear. or what we see portrayed in media.Those rich celebrities are in the WDYWT thread OK...

never even knew there was a WDYWT celeb thread.. I wear Jordans only bc they stopped making the good Reebok Classics haha

i have that its just every sunday, the crib is empty and hop on some sites and before it you know it the PC starts sparking up. when i get tru for finishline they reject my card. so can someone get my size for me. ill rep u for every post

you ought to see the way they glorify these average out fits on celebs. its unbelievable let me wear that same outfit in the wdywt for average folks and i will get flamed

I definitely love your perseverance and ethic. I feel the same, why pay extra when you can do the work yourself? Most of the times it pays to be self sufficient like a house cat. I'm the same way, I cut my own hair, clean my own home, and wash my own car. I feel why give money away for something you can do yourself, just use and make time for it.

But let me ask you something based on your experience, how difficult is it to acquire off the Foot Locker Inc. based websites i.e. Eastbay, Foot Locker, Footaction, and Champs? Based on these sneaks being available in a vast number, will it be easy to get off those sites as long as I keep clicking to add to my cart? I understand its obviously thousand of peeps nationwide crashing the sites to get theirs once they go on sale online so you have to expect a literal competition. I honestly never tried hitting online releases like that. Will I get these if I persevere with my time online?

I'm on Pacific time so I'll have to be up by 5:00AM to attempt the online buy. In your opinion, since I have merchandise return cards and gift cards (plastic and electronic) with Foot Locker Inc. companies, would I be better off going online instead of hitting the land based stores trying to get on the reserve lists or raffles? I'm really skeptical about wanting to drive to multiple locations to get tickets to increase my odds for the raffles or going crazy, pressuring myself to drive fast to get on the reserve lists. On top of that, I still have to make another trip this Saturday to the store I win a raffle at or get on the reserve list at. It probably isn't worth my gas to you huh?

you have to make sure your shipping address matches your billing address. that'll decrease the chances of getting declined. it might still get rejected but not as likely. also what size are you, i might be able to help. i was gonna help out anyone who wants anyway since i'm not copping these for myself.
 
whats the average price people paid early for these shoes

not from the chinese/HK early sites but from mom and pop stores ?

what if it goes up pass 250.oo. its so hard to tell i know the fire reds restockes mad times and the resell value dropped. you know what ill wait it out. hoepfully a link works or u guys buy one pair not six or seven. uno para caruno entiende!

I must be old then. I could care less what anyone else wears. I just like what I like. Once you become secure with who you are as a person, nothing else really matters.

Not very difficult just time consuming because you will need to click for a good 30 mins sometimes less sometimes more.   But if you have the patience there will be a 100% chance that you will score (assuming a good quantity like the Grape).  I hate going to the mall and deal with ignorant crowds and arrogant retail staff.

were both old. how about we sign off and give nt a break. im so secure that if i was a combination lock, my code wouldnt work. I just wear what i like some people knock me and i keep it moving. 
 
i usually wear a sz 10.5 but i had to reserve a sz 10, do these run the same as the fire reds that came out this year?

For real, I agree with you about hating to go to the malls. Ignorance to the max! I honestly don't care about waking up early, turning on my computer since its in my home and its my own PC. The time I have to wake up early to deal in the comfort of my own home to get online is worth it instead of having to go around town hunting for tickets and having to return to the location on release day. I'm basically burning gas making multiple trips to get a pair of shoes for full price.

The only thing I'm worried about is striking out on a pair off those sites. So you think there's a decent amount in the Foot Locker Inc. warehouse where I can successfully get a pair as long as I'm willing to be patient adding the item for half an hour or longer? Perhaps your feedback will dictate whether I should make the trips or just do it at home to save gas and time.
 
My girl, friend, and I were all in line for the grapes today at HoH Park meadows and we were about 35th in line yet half the people ended up getting their guaranteed pair for Lebron platinums. Got my size 10 on lock.

I'm in the same boat with a 9.. so i asked a few people that have em all ready, and they said they fit exactly like the fire reds
