Passing on these. Midsole change ruins it for me.

I might get a VVNDS pair of the other white/navy VI from 2000 for my Chi X's + a lil cash to hold me over until I can find an OG pair of Olympic VI's.

I'm reserving judgment until final pics surface, but changing the Jumpman from black to red on the Chi X's is minor in comparison to flipping the midsole around on these.

Also, let's remember how different the early photos of the Chi X's were from the final release version.  The early pics even had a white midsole.

But I don't think that takes away from the overall look of the shoe

Well since everybody here prefers the OG color way... What if you paint the midsole change so it would look like the OG color way

... Obviously you'll have to acetone or somehow rid of the paint, then simply paint over with Angelus paint... Just a thought, as I saw people taking off the "Gloss" finish on the 2011 black and cement 3's.
