Air Jordan 7 “Flint Grey “ Spring 2021

I will never understand this weird toebox flattening they've been doing to the 7's these last few releases. Carmines were the same way. They look to have corrected it a tiny bit on these from the Ray Allen pair, but it's definitely still an issue.

Sizes starting to dissappear on FTL

Tempting but I'll wait... Need to find a way on how to lighten up the suede without causing damage to it.

Worried about getting a 2006 and having the sole separate on me. Sold a DS '04 Olympic 7s back in 2015 and the guy told me they separated on him soon after
my olympics seperated last year while i was at the gym. not sure if i should try to glue them back together lol

Happy found this during my vacation 😎

*First time doing this so I don't know how well it will hold up over time*

This is what I used,

Rosin Bag Technique
"The rosin bag method is the most effective way to lighten suede. You can purchase rosin bags from many sporting goods stores. These bags contain a powder made from a plant extract, and are intended for use to enhance hand grip in sports such as tennis, baseball, and rock climbing. The powder works by absorbing moisture.

To lighten suede, simply pat the bag all over the fabric, and brush excess powder from the surface using a suede brush"

I suggest to do one layer at a time but make sure to count the amount applied to match each shoe.

Don't over do it, less is more.

The rosin powder goes everywhere so be sure to do it outside or near a window.

As you can see it doesn't damage the suede

You literally pat the shoe to extract a little bit of the powder and brush it away with the suede brush

^(This is 1 layer)

I did 3 layers but you see results after the first one.

The suede brush doesn't damage the leather or midsole.

I've never done anything like this before and frankly if I'd mess up I would've just return the shoe.

Now I'm considering doubling up on a pair

I respect the effort, but years of trying different techniques to fix Nike's constant trolling is tiring.
