Really, kind of surprised Playoff 4 didn't hit. 89 was the first year they as a team decided to go with black shoes to show team unity. For the Playoffs I mean. No team before them ever did that. It don't matter to me. I just want a pair. I personally just called them black and red 4s.

I wouldn’t doubt a hyped up lightning 4 release next year if it’s really supposed to be the year of the 4s. Hasn’t a lightning 4 retro been rumored the last couple of years?

Would it be safe to say that the 2019 release will use the exact same sole/midsole that has been used in recent years (2016 WC4).

I would imagine it would be a mirror image of the '16 WC but in the BC colorway.

How pathetic would it be a to see a soon to be 43 year old man windmill dunking like Kenny Skywalker on a Vintage Huffy Slam Jam in 2019 BC4s? He'd have to lower the Huffy to around 8'.
