Infra 6s and concords didn't seem to have as many issues. From the dmp to the 2011 to the 2018. From the 2000 to the infra pack to the 2014 to the 2019. They were relatively fine. 2011s had issues, however low cuts shape, height and toe box were remastered easily with the 2016 sj. 2015 maroon 6s (terms of shape etc) changed from the 2014 infra 23s.
The last 2 blk cement 4 since the 99 (08 cdp and 2012) basically were crap. The 4 in general hasnt been the same since 99 (including 99 oreos and columbias).

The VI’s and the XI’s were just a warm-up for these. Their fixing all the problems with these (I hope).

Who knows. Maybe 11's and 6's are easier to make adjustments to. Like I said and as someone said above, the 4's haven't been 'fixed' since 1999. I feel like with the 4's to be fixed, it would have to be a drastic change to the mold/shape, and we all know that's not going to happen.

You’re definitely embellishing at this point. You have to remember we’re not in the early 00’s anymore with the flea market fakes and Spongebob Js. I bought a fake pair of these off of a seller to compare to the final release of these shoes because of this conversation regarding Jordan’s quality control lately. I’ll be more than willing to share the pics on here without any buying info just so we can see just how “different” the retails will actually be.

I don't believe I'm embellishing anything. Every pic of UA's etc before actual retail pics surfaced was bashed and many essentially said "pay those no mind they're the UA's,let's wait on real retail pics" And once the retail pics hit a vast majority of people in that thread were very pleased. There are of course those who were not satisfied for whatever the reason and that's fine, I don't expect everyone to like the final Nike product. But the overwhelming majority? Pretty sure they were happy with both the 11's and 6's.
And to your UA point...yes defnitely the UA's have gotten EXTREMELY good. So no need to share pics because I believe you, I'm sure they're super close and hell there might even be a detail or 2 that actually outshines the retail pairs. But OVERALL being a better quality in craftsmanship, materials, shape etc? I'm not sold, but I don't have to be if you are, it's all good. My main point here is the same as it was in the Infrared thread...I don't expect perfection, there are going to be imperfect things like maybe the shape isn't 99 or OG, but I would rather have these in the collection to replace my badly chipping 2012 pair, with improved materials, midsole, and paint job than nitpick the release. I lived through the first releases of J's since the 1, I'm happy ANY pair close to the OG with Nike Air is back around for us to grab.

If those are real, I just saved a bunch of money. Those look worse than what they've done been doing with IVs. I don't even know if I'd buy one pair of those just for posterity. Yikes. Not buying that those are it, though.

This is the same UA pair, from above. What's wrong is what's been wrong with ALL 4's after 2000. The height is too low, and the wings are TOO DAMN FAR AWAY, from the heel tabs. The extra stitching also makes it look even worse.
The height needs to be higher, and the wings need to be moved back to about to where I marked, in the pic above. Plus, the toe box is SUPER steel toe boot like. I can deal with that, but the lower height, continuous incorrect wing placement, irks me to NO end. It ***** the entire look of the shoe up.
If the retail build of them are like in the pic below.

With the durabuck, and tongue on the UA's further up, I'll be more than satisfied.

I agree with man 100%, but the wing placement kills it ALL. The entire shoe man. I mean everything. Just look HARD at those pictures. It's absolutely asinine, and ATROCIOUS.
