Air Jordan XIII - Flint colorway to drop November 2010 (via Kicksonfire.com)

they will sell but not as well as people expected. remember this is black friday weekend, aside from a bunch of niketalkers, people are looking for deals this weekend, not paying retail for stuff. most people at malls early friday morning are shopping for sales and deals, not a $160 pair of shoes that you can't get any sort of discount on.

Yes.
Why not Eastbay?
no tax for eastbay?

Not unless you live in Wisconsin, Colorado, or New York.
Can't charge sales tax on an item unless you have a retail store in your state that pays that state's tax. With the exception of NY I believe. But it's something to that extent.

As FrenchBlue23 said, unless you have an order shipping to an address in Wisconsin, Colorado, or New York, you will not be charged for any sale tax on that order.

Normally this is true, but some states are looking else where for income.  For example, Colorado passed a state law earlier this year that requires their citizens pay sales tax on internet orders, even from websites with no physical locations in their state.

I'm thinking Varsity Red 6's.  Didn't sell out immediately, but they were gradually disappearing within weeks.
But then again, we haven't seen a 13 Retro for quite some time, so only time will tell I guess.

it might depending on your location but i think these would be around for weeks online (it is after all a gr) especially with the other 13s, DB 3s and CG 11 looming only a few days in between them

Hopefully they end up like the Varsity Red 6's...I can't cop these right now because of money issues but I need a pair because these are my grails.
