I watched Top Chef last summer...it was a good substitute to the original Iron Chef (The Japanese version).

I don't know how the recent season is going but I truly enjoy Top Chef nevertheless.

Right now my current favorite is to watch past episodes of No Reservations.

Gordon Ramsay is awesome. Watch him in BBC America's Kitchen Nightmares. It's great uncensored.
