This is our most pressing concern. Some of ya'll looking at Shump and JR and Novak but you need look no further. Shump is off an injury and hasn't found his rhythm yet. JR is not going to play great every game. Novak is a specialist. Kidd has been STARTING for us. You cannot succeed when you have a starter who is contributing next to nothing. We keep talking about saving him for the playoffs but I think people are underestimating the grind of an NBA season. Kidd has checked out and may not be coming back, regardless of if we play him less minutes. And even if that's the case we need someone in that starting 2 spot who can be productive on both ends of the floor. Moves need to be made.

3 of our guys are injured, if they're healthy prigioni is solid, Rasheed's a beast in spot minutes, and Camby can definitely contribute.

The sky isn't falling, but when Woodson goes away from the pick and roll that was working and Grant Hill is the difference maker on Melo in the 4th... that's an issue that will probably come up again. 

My thing with Woodson wasn't that I was against him last season. The team gave up on the coach, the coach wasn't getting through to the team, so they had to move on. Teams play well when the coach is changed, that plus Woodson and the players got along and it's worked out well. But I haven't seen much from him that makes me think he's improved over his Atlanta days. So when things get touch, he'll go to isolation and Melo hero ball, that's a problem.

I do not like operating under the premise of needing our bench to be healthy. It's more than that. The guys who are healthy aren't being productive. Novak, White, Brewer, Kurt Thomas, Copeland aren't being productive and giving meaningful minutes. What happens if Sheed and Camby never get healthy?

pretty much, just caught the game on the dvr....bench was just outplayed today...on to the next one.
