How is it hard for CA folks to realize that 9/11 is still VERY fresh in the memories of NY'ers

When the ground and buildings start moving unnaturally no one is thinking earthquake, they are thinking the WORST.

I can see how some peoples nerves got frayed and anxiety set in.

How do you not understand how RARE this is, last one was in 1875.
