i think the legal age is 16 in maryland.

i really wouldn't worry too much. she's probably just upset there's a tape of her playing the in-n-out game. she'd have to hire a lawyer forany serious rammifications to happen to you, and that requires time and money on her part, not to mention getting over the shame of explaining the situation tothe lawyer and then the court. also, the tape never even surfaced.

I don't see it as rape if they were a couple, and obviously she consented to being filmed since she knows about it.
