Anyone else watching the major solar eclipse today?

Will I hurt my eyes looking at it with no protective eye wear? I don't want to be walking around looking like Geordi La Forge afterwards.

^ unless you have special lenses I wouldn't advise looking directly towards the eclipse. I guess it's the first full one for the west coast US in 18 years! Next one wont come for another 11.

Couldn't see it from here. I went on Instagram to look for pictures, most people just took pictures of the sun

there were a few good ones though

Accidentally looked at it without any eye-protection while washing my car.

Heard one of my neighbor's saying:
"If you look at it long enough (without eye-protection) it'll clear up."
"When I walked out the house, I thought I was high."

Thats sick looking. Its cloudy here so even if I had remembered it wouldnt have matterd

I willfully stared at it with no protection... eff eyewear.

i looked at it with 2 pairs of sunglasses on lol. looked pretty cool. also got a pic of it but nothing special.

looked like the world was about to end though.

would be dope to be in one of those when the moon covers it 100%

Raining in WA so nothing to see here.

Lol KOMO News showed coverage of the eclipse down in Cali tho.

It was too sunny here in the Bay, I should've used two sunglasses to take a picture, oh well..
