the effect that the iPhone 7 plus can produce has been around in photography for ages.
there are apps in the app store that can give you the same effect, you just need to outline your subject and then blur the background accordingly..
but it's done in real time with both cameras creating the effect, just like a DSLR.

I got in before they changed it. I reserved mine last Sunday around 830am picked it up once the store opened.
I kept trying on Apple.com but it wouldn't let me then I tried a link posted to another forum for IUP peps and got right and reserved. I had a note 3 before this.
