Fastlane 2019 is the final stop on the road to WrestleMania 35, but WWE fans shouldn’t overlook the pay-per-view. It’s shaping up to be very entertaining, and could have a big impact on the ‘Mania card.

There are eight confirmed matches for Fastlane 2019 including one on the Kickoff show. Four matches have title implications including the SmackDown, RAW and Women’s Tag Team Championships and the WWE Championship.

Here’s every match on the card for WWE Fastlane 2019:

DANIEL BRYAN (c) VS KEVIN OWENS - WWE CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH

Daniel Bryan continues to be one of the biggest heels in the company, but he seems to get away with his WWE Championship. After successfully defending his title against SmackDown Live’s best at Elimination Chamber, the “Planet’s Champion” was set to go one-on-one with Kofi Kingston. Well, until Vince McMahon got involved.

To make the WWE Championship match at Fastlane “better,” Mr. McMahon replaced Kofi with a returning Kevin Owens.

Now that KO is seemingly face, will he be able to come back and defeat Daniel Bryan? Bryan has Eric Rowan in his corner, too, so Owens will have his work cut out for him.

REY MYSTERIO VS ANDRADE

The one match on the Fastlane Kickoff show is Rey Mysterio vs Andrade. The two have had classic bouts in the past.

Andrade wants to prove that he’s better than the legendary Mysterio while cementing his place on the SmackDown Live card. Mysterio can still hang with the best of them, but thwarting Andrade would give the future hall of famer a boost heading into WrestleMania.

THE REVIVAL (c) VS ALEISTER BLACK/RICOCHET VS BOBBY ROODE/CHAD GABLE - RAW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH

The Revival are finally the RAW Tag Team Champions, but have had less than stellar.success since winning the belts Aleister Black and Ricochet, fresh off of call ups from NXT, have already pinned the champs once and were on the verge of doing so again this week. This speaks to how deadly the duo are in the ring.

Gable and Roode are upset that they haven’t had a chance at regaining their titles and took it out on The Revival during their match with the NXT guys. Who will leave Fastlane as the champions?

SASHA BANKS/BAYLEY (c) VS NIA JAX/TAMINA - WOMEN’S TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH

Sasha and Bayley are the first Women’s Tag Team Champions, but Nia Jax and Tamina have been a thorn in their side since Elimination Chamber. Both teams have traded victories in singles action in past weeks but will Banks and Bayley fail in their first defense?

ASUKA (C) VS MANDY ROSE - SMACKDOWN WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH

Since Asuka retained her title at the Royal Rumble against Becky Lynch, the Empress of Tomorrow hasn’t seen much competition.

Mandy Rose - followed closely by Sonya Deville - became the number one contender after pinning the champion on an episode of SmackDown Live. And while Mandy found a way to go over Asuka, the champ wasn’t happy. She took out both Rose and Deville on the go-home episode this past Tuesday.

THE USOS (c) VS SHANE MCMAHON/THE MIZ - SMACKDOWN TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH

The story of “The Best Tag Team in the World,” Shane and Miz was fun as they captured the SmackDown Tag Team Championships off The Bar at the Royal Rumble. But their celebration was abruptly cut off when The Usos challenged and won at Elimination Chamber.

The Usos question Miz and Shane’s tag team bonafides but with the Miz’s dad ringside, how can the they lose?

THE SHIELD VS BARON CORBIN/DRE MCINTYRE/BOBBY LASHLEY

Roman Reigns’ return from his battle with leukemia is a heartwarming story, but a lot changed when he left. Dean Ambrose turned on Seth Rollins and the two couldn’t stand each other for months. However, Roman convinced both superstars to put aside their differences for one last run as The Shield.

The stable of Baron Corbin, Drew McIntyre and Bobby Lashley have repeatedly asserted their dominance over the faces of Monday Night RAW, and even trying to take out Roman and Seth before Dean finally decided to join them.

WWE fans will see another Shield match, perhaps for the last time.

CHARLOTTE FLAIR VS BECKY LYNCH

The road to WrestleMania for Becky Lynch has been long and convoluted. After winning the Royal Rumble, Lynch was suspended for attacking Stephanie McMahon and Triple H after she refused their orders to see WWE doctors.

Even after getting her suspension lifted, Mr. McMahon re-suspended Lynch and replaced her with Charlotte Flair. We then got weeks of Becky appearances, arrests and Ronda Rousey vacating and then taking back her RAW Women’s Championship.



Long story short, Becky is facing Charlotte to make the RAW Women’s Championship match at WrestleMania a triple threat. If Lynch loses, the match will be Charlotte against Ronda.

Fastlane will stream on Sunday, March 10 starting at 7 p.m. EST.
