are there kicks you just aren't allowed to hoop in?

I am not going to say not allowed to hoop in, but the any of the AF1 Rasheed Wallace's seem impossible to hoop in.  Let alone wear casually.  IF Rasheed says  he hoops in the same pair you can buy in the store, I can not understand how he did it.

AF1's were my favorite shoes to play in a few years back.  I always played outdoors so that was the reason why.  Never had a problem with the cushioning or comfort.

I don't see the point in balling in Lebron VIII South Beach's when there are cheaper colorways available, but only OG's would be balled in. OG XII's and XIV's are all incredibly durable and made with rich materials. The new JB retro's hurt so much.
